The National Deaf Children’s Society (NDCS) is running 2 upcoming workshops:
‘Making Swimming Deaf-Friendly’ – 05/02/15 – Loughborough (see here for further information)
‘British Sign Language for Swimming’ – 12/02/15 – Loughborough (see here for further information)
The workshops will support swimming teachers and coaches to make simple changes to make activities deaf-friendly and develop confidence communicating with deaf children and young people.
The courses are free and strong priority will be given to teachers and coaches who commit to both workshops.

• Giving instructions and feedback in BSL
Book a place by completing the Deaf-Friendly Swimming Booking Form and returning via post or email to the details on the form.
