We are deeply sorry to announce that Dr. Joan Martin MBE passed away today, (15th January 2018), peacefully at home. Dr. Joan Martin, affectionately known by many as “Dr. Joan”, was our Vice-President and supported and did an enormous amount for Halliwick right from its early days and throughout. She will be greatly missed by all of us. Further tributes will of course follow to this incredible lady in time and details of funeral arrangements will also be published when known, but for now, we simply pass on our deepest and heart-felt condolences to all who knew and loved her.
