Pat Finch BEM Awarded with Certificate of Distinguished Service
Many congratulations to Pat Finch BEM on a well-deserved award.
Pat has been secretary of her region, Halliwick ASTRA 15 (Wales), for many years, and has worked tirelessly in this role and otherwise within the region, and despite her own recent health issues. Pat is also the gala coach for Barry Beavers DSC, and the fact that Barry Beavers DSC has seen great successes in galas is in no small part thanks to Pat.
