Keith Beer Awarded with Certificate of Distinguished Service
Many congratulations to Keith Beer on a well-deserved award.
Keith has worked tirelessly for Halliwick over too many years to remember. Keith has not only worked for Halliwick within his region (Halliwick ASTRA 15), and for the clubs within it, but also nationally. To name just a few ‘highlights’, Keith’s work for Halliwick began in the days of Dinah Cadogan MBE, and he was, for many years, chair of Gwent Dolphins and Halliwick ASTRA 15 itself. Keith was also a key member of the Halliwick AST Competitions Committee (chairing it); a committee that was instrumental in formulating the Halliwick AST Laws of Competition. Keith’s work still continues, as president of Halliwick ASTRA 15.
What Keith has done and continues to do is truly appreciated, not only by all in Halliwick ASTRA 15 and its clubs, but by us also. Thank you, Keith.
